Before the stain remover has dried gently scrape the layer of stain and stripper residue from the wood surface with a plastic scraper or putty knife. It s the best cleaner for heel marks and works on other tough stains too. On wood and cork rub gently with steel wool. You can also use lighter fluid or mineral spirits.
